Interesting times that a number of Africa countries have taken up Internet Governance srriously its no surprising that we now have the Policy and Regulation Initiative for Digital Africa (PRIDA) which is building capacities across IGF in Africa through the African Union.

Easier said than done, what actually should make all the boxes tick if we look overall at the multistakeholder model of the Internet governance?
