Dear friends,
I would like to accept Ginger’s invitation to participate at the MAG nominating process.
I form part of a civil society organization from Cordoba, Argentina and I am involved in different spaces related to the Internet Governance field (LACRALO, ICANN, LACIGF, IGF, ISOC, Internet Governance Caucus, DiploFoundation, GigaNet).
Last year I was a Civil Society Candidate for MAG endorsed by the IGC (Internet Governance Caucus).
This year I would be honored if I could receive Diplo IG community endorsement and follow up with inputs into the MAG.
Please let me know if you need some additional information.
Thanks in advance for your support.
Fatima
Full name: Fatima Cambronero
Gender: Female
Nationality: Argentinean
Country of residence: Argentina
Organisation: AGEIA DENSI Argentina
Stakeholder group: Civil society
Background and/or experience in IG (50 words):
Currently I am serving as DiploFoundation Tutor for the ISOC NGL Spanish course after taking several courses related IG as Diplo, ISOC NGL, ITU Academy. Also I am Delegate to the LACRALO (ICANN) by AGEIA DENSI Argentina and member of the LAC Strategic Steering Committee. I am Alumni of the ICANN Fellowship Program and I have participated in several LACIGF and the global IGF as ISOC Ambassador.
Motivation and goals (50 words):
I would like to be a MAG member to contribute with the civil society agenda in topics that are discussed at the IGF and that are part of our concerns. Being a woman from the civil society and from the Latin American and Caribbean region I consider it’s important to participate at the MAG to respect the diversity of the stakeholder members. Also it is relevant to make our voices hear including the regional perspectives at the IGF.
