Background and/or experience in IG (about 50 words): I have attended every IGF since Hyderabad 2008 (Nairobi 2011 remotely) and every regional (LACIGF) and sub-regional (CIGF) IGF related meeting since 2009. This has given me a large network of contacts in all stakeholder groups. Since taking the Diplo IGCBP courses in 2008 I have been reading about, listening to, discussing and writing about Internet Governance.

Motivation and goals (about 50 words): The IGF is a very valuable resource for the people who interest me most – the end users – since it affords us the possibility to have some input into the rules that will govern us online. I feel that I now have sufficient experience of the IGF to be able to make a useful contribution.
