Cette semaine, à la veille de la deuxième conférence mondiale sur l'Internet et la juridiction, cette déclaration de Vint Cerf «Reconstruire la gouvernance de l'Internet avant qu'il ne soit trop tard» a fait la UNE de plusieurs journaux sur la gouvernance internet
Concernant les cyber-normes, des règles internationales doivent être établies pour minimiser l'impact de la cyber-guerre sur les pays, selon le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies Antonio Guterres.
A propos de la cybersécurité, la cybercriminalité mondiale coûte désormais près de 600 milliards de dollars par an, les deux tiers des internautes ayant vu leurs informations personnelles volées ou compromises, selon un nouveau rapport de McAfee.
Sur la géopolitique, Quelques heures après la fusillade dans le comté de Broward, en Floride, des experts en informatique ont découvert des tweets pro et anti-armes qui semblent être liés à des robots russes.
