The power of e-collaboration....

Different steps need to be taken when implementing and designing an initiative about e-collaboration through the use of web 2.0 tools. Choosing the right web 2.0 tool can be very stressful, especially, when you have different projects. How can we enssure that we deliver what people want and that everyone has a clear picture of what is involved. We shouldn’t simply add web 2.0 tools or other features simply because they are available or free....any thoughts??
