Anticipating the next round of IGF to begin next year, we wish to join this important global effort, taking the opportunity of APEC TEL Ministerial Meeting in Okinawa to hold “The Way toward Internet Governance Forum Japan” as a preparatory event for IGF Japan. We welcome everyone to participate.
