I am the Co-coordinator of the Civil Society Internet Governance Caucus (IGC), a group of civil society organization and individuals interested by and working on IG issues.
I am an ISOC Ambassador to the IGF, I am an ICANN Fellow and currently Executive Director of Rudi International
In which ways the capacity building provided by Diplo has helped you and your community in Internet governance issues? (Question only for IGCBP Alumni)
After attenting my first IGF in 2011, i took Diplo courses. This capacity building program helped me better understand the basis of IG, helped me be part of debates and now playing a leading role in my country in everything related to IG.

The Evolution of Internet Shutdown in DRC

In the past seven years, citizens in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) have experienced a series of intentional interruptions to online communications, affecting the exercise of rights to freedom of expression and information as well as access to services.
