Thanks for this! It might look scary that our traces remain everywhere. Rightly so, regulators from EU and the US are currently discussing the 'right to be forgotten' on the Internet, by erasing completing the data on a particular individual at its own demand or when such info is no longer needed. However, there are serious intricacies with the interlinked data, as well as with data posted by other users about somebody else (more on this debate here).

Eye opening links! It seems where ever we go on the Internet world, we leave our unique footprints through which we are identified. And if these footmarks are linked with each other, our whole journey can be tracked.
