Attended the DiploFoundation online course on Internet Governance in 2007  and became the tutor for francophone groups,  and later,  I tutored the francophone groups within the ISOC's Next Generation programme. I attended the IGF 2008 in Hyderabad, and I followed IGF debates online during the next meetings.  I have been actively involved in the IGF Burundi since 2009 and I spent 6 months in a fellowship position at the IGF secretariat in Geneva in 2010.

2. Motivation and goals (50 words):

I believe Internet should be kept unified. For that purpose, only a multistakeholder governance of the Internet is the only way. I support the Global meeting to be held in Brazil as it intends to address the what I call "Internet confidence crisis" which a consequence of mass online surveillance.
