Background and/or experience in IG (50 words); feel free to include a link:

In LatinAmerica there is still a very weak debate about IG however as a profesional and researcher in IT law and Internet ecosystem I have been involved in ICT for the past 10 years. I am a new Next Generation Internet Leader after Internet Society training, a social activist within my NGO, which seaks to include the social aspect of technology within the IG discussions. Moreover, I do have extended international experience after concluding with high performance my internet studies both in Switzerland and Sweden and IGF hub reporter for the past 3 years.
