Kikonyogo Robert is a male Ugandan national; currently pursing Master’s Degree in Information Technology and Computing with Makerere University, he’s a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree with a professional course in Cisco Certified Network Professional qualifications (CCNA1, CCNA2, CCNA3, and CCNA4-Diploma in Computer), Policy Research Methodology Certificate, Certificate in Advanced Cyber security, ICT Policy and strategic planning from Diplo Foundation, Certificate in E-Government awarded by the United Nations Public Administration Network (UNPAN) http://unpanelearning.wordpress.com/tag/uganda .

Robert’s personal competencies match this MAG, because he’s a results-oriented person with strong Internet Governance spirit, web design experience, computer networking, social networking skills, he has interpersonal and excellent written and spoken communication skills. Robert is an individual who adapts well to challenges, well organized and working with a team, he can work under minimum supervision, and can analyze IG issues objectively and he will develop his personal career after the MAG.
