Many countries today believe that youth are the leader of tomorrow, yes, I succor to that but that statement seem not to be true. If youth are the leader of tomorrow there should be a proper arrangement of empowerment scheme to help them grow to become  leaders. The statement is only in word alone and not in action. My point here is that let every nation arise today from words to actions in training their youth to take up challenges and help them build capacities for stable economy. As a youth, I speak, empower me and don't give me crumbs to eat, teach me our to fish and don't give me fish to eat because empowerment is the key factor to grow...
