The list sent to the CSCG for consideration was:
Deirdre Williams (I think she is speaking at the opening, as co-co of the IGC)
Marilia Maciel 'She is very active on IG, she has very good communication with different components of CS community and she did a terrific job at Netmundial last April. Since NETmundial will be something floating around in this IGF, she would be a very appropriate person for giving one of the final speeches' (nominated by Raúl Echeberría).

It will be my pleasure to speak on the name of Diplo community and thus represent the vast majority of Internet users: Civil society. I have been also fellow for ICANN and IETF this year.
Carlos Raul Gutierrez I´m the ISOC Costa Rica Chapter Chair, also member of the GNSO Council in ICANN, and since I will be in Istanbul, if time allows would like to make use of the opportunity.
