Worked in the telecommunications sector for over 25 years, hold a Master of Communications Management (MCM) degree (University of Strathclyde), BBA degree in Mass Communications (University of Liberia) and completed the Internet Governance Capacity Building Program. Presently enrolled in the eLLM ICT/Telecommunications Law course at the University of Southampton.
Motivations and goals (50 words):
Liberia gets its 1st international broadband connectivity in October 2012. I want to be a champion for Internet governance issues and represent the views of government and the ICSO Liberia Chapter. I want to ensure that Internet governance is developed and implemented locally in keeping with international best practice.
