No, seriously! I am attending the IGF 2014 online -- with an 8 hour time difference. That's hard enough to start with. Fortunately, I'm in good company, with the Nepad/Diplo Internet governance in Africa: an introduction participants, who are attending and discussing sessions and issues through the the Africa Virtual Remote Hub.
