Arab IGF and democracy

During my last participation at the third Arab IGF in beyrouth, I noticed a strong participation of the Tunisia civil society, hence, Tunisia delegation was ranked third with 22 participants after Egypt 23 and of course at the first place Lebanon as the hosting country.
