IPR & ISPs 3 Strikes and your out rule is deemed unconstitutional in Ireland by court
An interesting development to the 3 strikes rule between the music industry and ISPs after it is ruled unconstitutional in Ireland. This creates problems for Eircom who last year settled out of court with the music industry on the 3 strikes rule, similar to the rule in France and New Zealand.
