I will contact Mr. Vladimir Radunovic today as well. Regarding a Skype Meeting, this would be fine, however, the Internet connection here is not quite steady. Maybe we could initially discuss a time frame and funding through emal correspondance, and then follow up with a Skype meeting. I image the training should be something similar to the event in Tobago. I will just send this email through the Blog Post to see if it will work! - all the best from Ulla Hauer

Further, I think it would be great if the ICT4EDC Project could fund some SKN pindividuals to participate in the new Diplo Foundation Internet Governace courses. I will meet with Ms. Amicia Mussenden tomorrow, where we will also discuss this.
