Profile Information

Did you take the Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme - IGCBP from DiploFoundation? If so, in which year? Who was tutoring you?
2007
What are you currently doing today and projects you have related to Internet governance?
At IGF Geneva on a UN fellowship. Employed as the Principal Youth Development Officer in Samoa, which involved working with young people on initiatives that promote and strengthens internet governance and related issues.
In which ways the capacity building provided by Diplo has helped you and your community in Internet governance issues? (Question only for IGCBP Alumni)
Generally the using of the Internet to facilitate and coordinate learning and share ideas with other participants was an eye opener; the idea was also well received by young people doing courses online with International Universities, especially the using of Wiki tools for researching needs.
Please list the names of organizations you are a member of, including hyperlinks for more information when possible.

Hi Sovala,

Thanks for accepting the request to network. Hope something fruitful can be established in our future discussions for ICT in the Pacific.
I've never attended an IGF before and wonder what the experience is like. Have you attended an IGF before?
