Hola Roxana! To avoid "portunhol" I am writing in English...I am so sorry for replying about GigaNet Symposium only now, I haven't got on Diplo portal for a long time and I hope it's still time to get your answers! Please send me an e-mail anytime at raquelgatto@uol.com.br
This year the Symposium will have a keynote speech about cybersecurity and 5 pannels: definition of IG, cybersecurity, freedom of expression and internet bill of rights, multistakeholderim and new approaches and emerging issues. The registration has just started and they are free of charge.

If you are a PhD student focused on IG issues, you might be interested to apply for GigaNet membership. Please check the membership criteria at http://giganet.igloogroups.org/structurea
