NGL 2012 - Opportunity-Oriented Environment in developing countries

Hey All - 

Following the current NGL course - some thoughts regarding Mobile Access and Developing countries.

We wrote it as the final essay of the course. (Thanks to Tracy, Ginger for leading the course).

Success Stories of Internet Governance

Hey All - 

During the last few month, I am taking part in the NGL course - and we are exploring the field of Internet Governance.

Last week - after meeting with ISOC Israel CEO, it seems like we are interesting and want to take a meaningful part in designing the Israel IG strategy and share best practices with the world.
