IGF 2009 - Workshop 361 - Open Standards - A rights-based framework (updated)

This very vibrant session was chaired by fellow South African, Aslam Raffee, Sun Microsystems.

There was a strong Indian delegation and in particular, from the Indian Government, in a sense following on the enthusiasm and interest generated at IGF, 2008 Hyderabad.
