Independent Consultant for Harvard University – Assisting testing around Latin America and carrying out and documenting research in Latin America related to Internet filtering, the legal framework regulating Internet communication, an overview of Internet infrastructure and usage, and a summary of the political and social context . Writing and editing country profiles for Latin America.

Researching changes in policies in several countries of Latin America.
In which ways the capacity building provided by Diplo has helped you and your community in Internet governance issues? (Question only for IGCBP Alumni)
