I am a tutor at Diplo and also a policy level administrator in the university sector in Sri Lanka
In which ways the capacity building provided by Diplo has helped you and your community in Internet governance issues? (Question only for IGCBP Alumni)
The capacity building on IG has helped me immensly as it opened my insight to a whole new topics in the area of internet that I did not know before. I am also intending to share this knoweldge gained among telecentre operators.

Access and content - key features of digital empowerment

The main issue of access and availability of locally relevant content was a ket feature that I observed during my initial intervention in an ICT4D project in Sri Lanka. www.v-village.lk

Hi, I could not open the Diplo Ning through IE, so had to install Firefox. Through Firefox, it is alright now.
