MAG renewal and Continuation of MAG 2012 memebers

I am kind of responding to Ginger's call for MAG nominations abit late. However, I fully support the continuation of the 2012 MAG members, of which I am also a member. I would therefore encourage the Diplo community to support the continuation of this group. Nonetheless, here is something about my motivation to continue serving on the MAG.

Lillian, come rains and sunshine, I think EAIGF should seriously consider lending a hand to South Sudan. EAIGF 2010 would be a confidence booster for South Sudan. National elections expected in April 2010, referendum for 2011.

Lillian, I didn't attend Uganda IGF. I couldn't be there though I strongly wished I should. Am influencing to be released for the EAIGF. I hope to drag others to the EAIGF. Thanks for the reminder.

It was informative.

Hello Lilian,
About spreading the video, I have been discussing it within the ISOC BURUNDI chapter ( I am the deputy chair). The first step is to add subtitles in French ( I have worked a bit as digital video editor).
Isoc Burundi members want to watch the video first,
Second : Showcase on the national television and make a short debate,
Third : The national IGF forum. I have spoken about this to some local non profit organizations : Isoc Burundi, BYTC, APENTIC.
I will have to get in touch with the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunication, the Ministry of Information, ...
Sincerely
