What are you currently doing today and projects you have related to Internet governance?
I am working as Manager Planning, Research and Development at the National Information Technology Authority - Uganda and a facilitator of an ICT Policy and Regulation Course at Datamine Technical Business School, Kampala. I review national policies, strategies and programmes on IT and Internet governance is one of my favorite areas. I recently worked an Policy Analyst at the National Planning Authority Uganda where I intensively participated in IGF for WSIS/IGF that took place in Tunis a few years ago. Recently, I prepared a paper for the Uganda Minister for ICT on Cloud Computing, Internet Governance and Broadband for an Internet Government Forum in Nairobi.

I submiited an article below as part of my phase two assignment for my Doctorate Program in Information Technology at the Atlantic International University (AIU) in USA.
