Five ways to make a difference for disabled internet users.

According to Arun Mehta - this is how we can fix the process to reach users who are differently abled:

1. Employ developers who are disabled
2. Training facilities for developers and curriculum need to be accessible
3. Developer tools need to be accessible
4. Pay special attention to those with severe disabilities , such as the deaf-blind.
5. Solicit help from expert groups such as DCAD

Regional perspectives at the IGF 2010: West African IGF

Dr. Katim Touray presented on the different and national perspectives as they emerged from various meetings held in West Africa through out 2010.
