SITICAL is a cervical system of our economy. It enables the spread of economic organisation and society. Internet and Technologies evolution, operation, access, use are main domains. It is a new form of public FORUM and for SMEs, a network diplomatic for internet solutions and ICTs for the societies. We aim to build network of social entrepreneurs, storytellers, particularly those who tell story in MEDIAS (channel television, radio, internet, author of books, newsletter) and professionals of audiovisual production to work together on INTERNET SECURITY AND ICTs issues with focus on INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES.

The use of ICT and Internet has become universal. There is a strategy to specify this wide take by working with local groups in rural and urban communities. By involving trained groups on IG.

Thanks
