I'm an IT Senior Analyst at National University Center of technical and scientific Documentation www.cnudst.rnrt.tn . Currently we lead in Tunisia an Open Access Movement which aimed to open all scientific and research materials to the public and changed the publisher business practices and models for more openness one. we also have an open-archive projects www.pist.tn.

During  his 1242th meeting (1-2 December 2015) the Council of Europe accept Tunisian request to join the  Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (ETS No. 108),
