Indian Laws dont accommodate patenting of Programs, code. Circumventing this is either by embedding code to a device or tangible product. My concern is what is needed for the shift. I would love to read other thoughts in this case.

Hi Carolina,

I am one of your students in the oncoming 2009 batch on IPR. I am basically a Project Management expert with exposure to IPR for all the product development we undertake. As a preparatory for the advanced course i am reading Van Lindeberg book on IPR and Open Source.

Is there any literature that you would love to recommend ?

Would you be interested to create the Group for Intellectual Property? Just click ¨create group¨ in the left column in the main page and we may centralize information about IPR over there!
