ICT platforms for small and medium enterprises

I come across with this news story that PLDT (Philipping Long Distance Telephone), the oldest telephone provider in the Philippines, will provide an ICT platform for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in the country for these enterprises to go national or global. CCTV and privacy

This is a civil action I filed together with my law partner against the Provincial Government of Cebu, Philippines on the putting up of a CCTV directed against the building of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (the association of lawyers) and the collection of parking fees inside the government property. IGF Day 1 and 2

First of all allow me to express my gratitude to Diplo and ITU for sponsoring my attendance in the 3rd IGF in Hyderabad City, India. I think everyone shares my feeling that coming to India after the siege on Mumbai’s Taj Mahal hotel was scary. But life must go on so we attended the IGF without thinking of any harm to come.

Thanks Atty. Espinoza, I will expect a lot of collaboration from you. My country( Liberia, a LDC in sub-Sahara West Africa)is still lagging behind when it comes of ICT. This is why my organization is seeking a strong collaboration from ICT experts like you to assist us.
