- I work at the International Relations Division in the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Egypt, and I had the pleasure and honor to be a member of the organizing team of the IGF 09 held in Sharm El Sheikh. I had the chance to attend and participate in most of the main sessions and few workshops in IGF 09 and was really interested in several issues related to IG such as security and internet crtitical resources but mostly I like the special and unique feature of the IGF whihc is the involvement
of the multistakeholders. MCIT is heavily involved and promotes several projects in cybersecurity as well as projects related to access to the internet in remote areas.
