IRAQ: Trademark Office Reviews its Files
A large number of trademark files were destroyed back in 2003 as a result of the war
in Iraq. The latest step in the Iraqi Trademark Office’s process to rectify the
situation was the official announcement on June 7, 2010 to begin the revision of
the files of trademark registrations 1 to 16090 in order to make sure that the records
are in order. In case of any missing documents, owners will be asked to complete all
