IRAQ: Trademark Office Reviews its Files

A large number of trademark files were destroyed back in 2003 as a result of the warin Iraq. The latest step in the Iraqi Trademark Office’s process to rectify thesituation was the official announcement on June 7, 2010 to begin the revision ofthe files of trademark registrations 1 to 16090 in order to make sure that the recordsare in order.
