The burden of Development diplomacy lies in advocacy, influence, networking and negotiation. What impact do you think Web 2.0 and Social medial tool can have on Development diplomacy of developing countries?

I am a Liberian Diplomat currently posted at the Liberia's Dakar Mission. I am also one of the co-founder of the Internet Society Liberia Chapter. I am interested in Web 2.0 and Social Media in the Environment of Development Diplomacy.
