Belarusian hub remote participation has been organized as a civic initiative by Belarusian virtual think tank e-belaus.Org in
cooperation with Foundation for Mass Media Communications (Belarus) and
Foundation for Legal Technologies Development.
There were 8 participants in the hub representing business community, mass media, lawyers, civil society, academy and youth.
While organizing remote participation we had 2 objectives in view:
use the occasion for raising awareness of a holistic approach to internet
· To introduce Belarusian stakeholders to current debate on the internet governance.
Therefore we conducted two workshops before Madrid meeting

on national IG agenda, which resulted in drafting paper Belarusian Debates on Internet
During Madrid meeting, we followed webcast, participated in chat, and twitted some key points of discussions (twitter.com/InfoPolicy). At the same time we have discussed some issues I groups during the webcast.
Information on EuroDig (short press-releases and summaries of the sessions) was disseminated through e-mail lists and placed on infopolicy.livejournal.com/.
Next week we are planning to conduct the third meeting in order to discuss our future
