Research Group on The Future of IG

This research focuses on the structure and effectiveness of the current IG arrangements in an attempt to determine the way forward. It decodes whether the present arrangements are adequate or if some actors or non-actors are being disadvantaged by their lack of input in decision making processes on issues that affect their future economic development. This research will illustrate the best elements of regional policy and strategy drafting that can be utilized for the development of IG policy at the international level within the framework of existing institutions.

It might be a great time to have a reunion of the members of the IGCBP 2008 Research Team. Maybe we could provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to this year's group?
