Hi Seiiti,

The list of workshops I am interested are found below. It's a long list but then it also depends on the schedule as the schedules tend to overlap and change. I am listing it for now as just topics I am interested because, for instance, the "Workshop 57. What will the web be like in 20 year's time?" overlaps with the OECD Open Forum of which I should attend as a follow up from the Seoul Meeting (and also from discussions via the coalition mailing list of The Public Voice). Hope I make sense? Would you need something concrete like we come up with a schedule for each day? :)

Thnx, Seiiti,
got two questions:

1. Are we to choose according to precedence/priority?because most of the forums of interest are taking place at the same time,in different rooms.

2. Do you have an idea of the distance between the rooms? so that we choose more accurately.....because as I can see we will not have enough time to move in-between rooms. e.g one sessions ends at 10.30 and the other one starts at 10.30. thnx

Judi, answering first to your second question, experience from last editions shows that even though they may say it starts at 10:30 there are always some mins that are necessary to accommodate everyone in the room, so this shall not be a problem.

About the priorities, just choose, in the particular time slot, what is that you definitely want to be involved with. There may be unfortunately windows in which you want to be in two places at the same time (which is not YET possible hehe) and also some other windows where you may have no special interest - we will use these for other activities to make the best of your time!

I would like to remind that main sessions will be probably broadcasted in live so maybe you can prioritize to go to other sessions and follow the main within the webcast.

Here is my ideal schedule--note that contrary to Seiiti's advice, I am hoping to be in two places at once at times :) In those cases, I noted my interests, so that we can decide together who will go to what workshops, and make sure we can share our reactions. The one in parenthesis is negotiable if we need to attend other functions.

Seiiti: can we highlight for everyone the Diplo workshops (NN and Capacity Building)?

Also, I would appreciate knowing when others are participating in panels, because both for interest and solidarity I would like to give these priority.

Seiiti, will we have a blog? or how will we handle spreading information on workshops, etc.?

Excellent idea - can you write a blog post about these two workshops? I have not been involved in the preparation of that and have no idea of what is going on. Just go to the main page and click on ¨add blog post¨ copying and pasting the information about the program and more importantly where and when it is to happen!

From that I will later put other vehicles for reminding and pooling interest.
