Few days ago, Albanian government opened a portal to report cybercrime. It's a simple portal where you can choose to report the type of cybercrime (threats, hacking, data stealing, system intrusion, child pornography etc.). There are fields where you can insert more info about the damaged website, monetary loss, describe the crime etc. If you like you may check it in the link: http://www.asp.gov.al/denonco_kk/    - ( unfortunately, for the moment it's only in albanian language only)
