 l Preparatory Meeting of the Internet Governance\nForum (IGF) will be 
 held on August 11 to 13, 2009 at the Hotel Novo\nMundo in Rio de Janei
 ro, Brazil.\n\nIn view of the good review of this initiative whose fir
 st edition was\nheld in Montevideo in 2008, the three organizations in
 vite the\ncommunity of Latin America and the Caribbean to participate 
 widely in\nthis multipartite meeting open to all those interested, wit
 h the aim\nof identifying high-priority and relevant subjects for Lati
 n America\nand the Caribbean which must be considered for the agenda a
 nd the\ndiscussions of the Fourth Internet Governance Forum (IGF) to b
 e held\nin the locality of Shar El Sheik, Egypt in November 2009.\n\nT
 he meeting will allow the discussion and exchange within several\nwork
 shops and plenary activities focused in the main thematic axes of\nthe
  Internet Governance Forum which this year motto is “Internet\nGover

 ations, academic networks) on their activities, projects,\nprogresses 
 and goals, as well as to receive their opinion regarding\nthe most rel
